Our website provides information about our non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services, including scheduling, service descriptions, and contact information. Use of this Site does not guarantee service availability or create a contractual relationship unless explicitly stated in writing. You must be at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a legal guardian to use this Site and request services.
2. Scheduling and Service Eligibility
All transportation services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to vehicle and driver availability. We reserve the right to decline service if a client is not eligible for transport due to safety, behavioral concerns, or policy violations. Transportation services are intended for non-emergency medical needs only and should not be used for emergency or urgent care.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our site or requesting services. You also agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited activities. Any misuse of the Site may result in the termination of access.
4. Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a suspension of services or additional charges, where applicable.

We strive to provide safe, timely, and reliable transportation services, but we make no guarantees regarding specific appointment times, outcomes, or third-party provider performance. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this Site.
